Niall: Firmware Engineer
I am currently a Firmware Engineer here, responsible for developing code for both internal use and for products that will be selling worldwide. My role also involves working closely with the other teams to ensure that the code written meets their needs.
I grew up in London, and after leaving school studied at the University of York where I obtained a masters degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering. I joined Cambridge Mechatronics in October 2018, soon after graduating.
I really enjoy working at CML as the atmosphere in the office is very friendly and relaxed, and the work is varied and challenging. Additionally, despite only recently graduating, I have been given responsibility for developing new features for future products. This provides a great opportunity to develop my skills, and the experienced members of the team are always willing to lend their expertise and experience whenever needed!
